Terms and Conditions

I. Cancellation of Orders

  1. Free cancellation of order shall be made within 12 hours from the time of purchase. U Smile will return the whole amount made by the customer. 
  2. In the case that customer cancel the order after 12 hours from the time of purchase, a cancellation fee of 20% shall be deducted from the total payment made and only 80% will be returned to the customer. 
  3. Should there be no cancellation/changes be made after 24 hours from the time of purchase, U Smile will automatically proceed to your order. 
  4. Production of orders shall proceed only after 24 hours from the date of order.

II. Delivery Arrangement

  1. There will be a parcel delivery charge of 60 THB as per request by the customer. Customer shall provide complete address. Customer shall receive the parcel ten days from the date of purchase. Parcels will be delivered to the given address supplied by the customer. 
  2. Parcels can also be picked up in U Smile office ten days from the date of purchase. Office hours is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

III. Fee and Payment Terms

  1. Payment terms will be via online credit/debit card transactions via PayPal. 
  2. U Smile will not be held liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorized use of your credit card by any other party. An electronic sales order confirmation will be sent to your email address once the online purchase has been finished. 
  3. Prices of products offered are subject to change without prior notice at our discretion upon posting in our website. 
  4. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable for this online purchase. 
  5. In the case that the customer is not a credit card holder, you may contact our Customer Service to assist you for your order.

IV. Return Policy

  1. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order or we overlooked a defect, please let us know. You can call our Customer Service at (02) 714-4602-3 or email us at sales@usmilekids.com with the complete details of your order within 30 days of receiving your order. 
  2. If the defect is due to production errors or damaged during shipping, U Smile is responsible to replace your order. U Smile will not be held responsible for defect reports after 30 days of receiving your order.
